Spotlight on: Workplace Wellbeing
Post-pandemic, employee health and wellbeing may be nearer the top of organisations’ agendas than ever before. According to CBI Economics, “developing tailored mental health and wellbeing strategies is essential to help employees work confidently in a rapidly changing working environment.” (Link)
The benefits to businesses of focusing on employee wellbeing are many:
Reduced sickness absence
Higher productivity
Better performance
A happier workplace
This why Noah’s ART have developed a bespoke Workplace Wellbeing offer, suitable for organisations of all sizes.
We can bring our full range of therapy animals (dogs, rabbits/guinea pigs, rats/mice and reptiles), alongside our experienced staff, to offices, workplaces or employee wellbeing events across the North West. Workplace pet therapy sessions focus on relaxation, engagement and de-stressing, whilst simultaneously rewarding and bringing employees together in a shared experience.
CSR benefits
What’s more, our Workplace Wellbeing visits can help meet organisations’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) requirements. It’s a win-win situation: support employee’s mental health, whilst providing vital financial support for Noah’s ART’s subsidised services for vulnerable people.
