Pricing Update

Dear client,
This update is to let you know about changes to the pricing of our 1-1 pet therapy sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons).
The price of a 1-1 therapy session will change to £30.00, from the week commencing the 25th April 2022.
This rise reflects continuing increases in our running costs in the current economic climate. As a not-for-profit organisation which does not receive any funding or commissioning to deliver our 1-1 therapy sessions, we regret that this price rise is sadly unavoidable.
We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of potential sources of funding for your sessions. Please speak with any of the team for further information and support.
For adults:
If you are in receipt of Direct Payments, speak to your allocated worker about funding animal-assisted therapy
Contact the Hospital Saturday Fund - https://hospitalsaturdayfund.org/apply-for-a-grant/# This fund provides grants for individuals to access alternative therapies including animal-assisted therapy
For children/young people:
If your child has an EHCP, speak to your allocated EHCP caseworker
If you receive a Personal Budget, speak to your local council SEN team -
